2. Shalyatantra Department

Vision

To impart knowledge of ancient principles of Shalya Tantra with regard to surgical and para-surgical concepts of diseases and their treatment.

To instil strict discipline in operation theatre management and provide live demonstration of surgical procedures.

Mission

To upgrade the department of Shalya Tantra to fulfil the teaching and training requirements of final-year BAMS students.

To run a full-fledged hospital with Ayurvedic surgery and orthopaedic specialties.

To provide basic medical and healthcare facilities to local villagers in and around Parassinikadavu.

4. Dravyaguna Department

Vision

The subject deals in detail with the basic principles of Saptapadarthas and the study of drugs of plant, animal, and inanimate origin as per Ayurveda and their benefit to humankind.

To collect, compile, and transmit vast Ayurvedic knowledge to future generations.

To bridge the gap between modern research tools and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom.

To collect and preserve medicinal specimens in wet, dry, and live forms for academic purposes.

5. Prasuti Tantra and Stree Roga Department

To impart core Ayurvedic concepts of Garbha Samskara and Garbhini Paricharya for healthy progeny.

6. Agada Tantra Department

7. Swasthavritta Department
