This is a Herb garden with precious medicinal plants. Herbal Garden is spread across 12318SqMtr of land having 8421 medicinal plants of 441 different species. Students, research scholars and general public are regularly visit the facility for research or study purposes. This garden is maintained organically. Our expert team are sharing their knowledge of identification, cultivation, and it’s medicinal uses as per the need.
There are an approximate of 8421 number medicinal plants are available in the garden. The arrangement of plants are in such a way that it is very much useful for the students of all professions especially for the 2nd BAMS students whose one among the subjects is Dravyaguna Vijnana. The maintenance of the garden is under the department of Dravyaguna Vijnana. A portion of garden is mentioned for the use of preparation of medicines in our pharmacy.
